Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During festive seasons, product launches, or promotional campaigns, processing times may be longer.
Shipping
We currently ship throughout Malaysia.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- West Malaysia: 2–5 business days
- East Malaysia: 3–7 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable), allowing you to track your parcel.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your purchase.
Suraya Textiles is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we work closely with our courier partners, delivery is managed by third-party logistics providers.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist in liaising with the courier.
